This striking young lady is Anna Tkachenko, aka Sasha Anna Brown or just Sasha Brown.
Whatever you call her, this five foot six, one hundred and twenty two pound fitness beauty from the Ukraine is a NPC figure competitor, ISSA certified personal trainer and fitness model.
And she has studied Jujutsu for over six years.
You know I keep expecting to see a sudden surge of female fitness stars going into MMA, but that hasn't happened....yet.
Besides fitness, Sasha has a degree in computer science and business management.
And is looking to get more degrees in kinesiology and sports nutrition.
In her second NPC figure competition, Sasha took first place and overall.

Tianna Ta - IFBB Bikini Pro



I did a couple of write ups on the beautiful Vietnamese model Tianna Ta over at my Beautiful Asian Women blog awhile back.
But now Tianna has become an IFBB Bikini Pro, so that moves this lovely 24 year old into the fitness category.
Tianna is five foot six, weighs 112 pounds and her measurements are 32-24-34.
Before showing up in the IFBB bikini contests, she was a Maxim Magazine Hometown Hottie and a Hot Import Nights model.

In 2009, she won Class D at the NPC National Bikini competition in Hollywood Florida and got her IFBB Bikini Pro Card.
Tianna also came in first at the 2009 New England Championships (B Class) and 3rd place at the 2009 Team Universe (D Class).

As of December 1, 2009, Tianna was ranked 17 on the IFBB Pro Bikini Ranking List.

Tips Exercises To Decrease and Flatten Stomach

Many women who complain that big belly and strive to shrink their stomachs. However, not infrequently from them, especially the women who have given birth, saying that they will never be able to have a beautiful belly, no matter how hard their efforts. However, many women who have had children still be able to shrink their stomach and get a flat tummy and beautiful.
The problem you face is not because you do not have good abdominal muscles, but because your stomach muscles are still covered by excess fat in the body. So, burn excess fat in your body, do exercises regularly, and wait until it's time your beautiful stomach muscles will slowly take shape.
If you include people which has long hoped to have a belly that looks beautiful and sexy, here are some things you need to do, and also some things that you should avoid:

   
1. Cardio
      
Cardio or aerobic exercise lead to active your metabolism to burn fat. With increased burning of fat, then your body fat will slowly reduced so that help process your stomach shrink. So, do cardio exercises by walking fast, jogging, or walking, or other exercises that you like especially when your stomach is empty, also after your weight training session.
   
2. Interval Training
      
Interval training is often regarded as one of the most effective method for the development of abdominal muscles, for both men and women. Do the exercise according to your fitness level. For example, if you're jogging, doing sprints for about fifteen seconds, then jog back to the next fifteen seconds, repeat continuously and periodically. This exercise will burn more fat, so it is good in your stomach shrink program.
   
3. Endurance Exercise
      
Endurance exercise or endurance is an important aspect of abdominal exercises for men and women in general. The unique thing of this exercise is that you need to do this type of exercise with whole body strength focused in the mind, not just for the abdominal muscles only. That is, a strong mind will make your body responds the same thing, and makes you feel stronger and have greater endurance.
You need to train all the muscles in your body to accelerate fat burning. Before you can begin to shape your abdominal muscles, you must first have to get rid of excess fat in the body. For that, it needs a thorough workout in every part of your body.
Exercises using heavy weights is a form of endurance training is good. Make sure you do this exercise with good technique and correct.
What not to do?Do not rush to make a decision to spend a lot of money to buy sports equipment that claims can shrink your stomach in an instant. It's better you do weight training and cardio regularly for more optimal results. Avoid the habit of being lazy because you are not active lead body that can harm your health, and will hamper the success of your program to shrink the stomach and get a beautiful belly.

Awhile back I did a write up on the lovely K.L. Frahn.
Well here is her sister, the equally beautiful Allison Frahn.
Allison was born on September 27, 1980 in Nanuet, NY.
She definitely has a ripped lean look, and if you go to her website and check out her bio, you'll see that this young woman overcame a tremendous obstacle to get to where she is today.
It's a very inspiring story.
Besides doing figure competitions and being a fitness model, she has a BA in Communication from the University of Delaware.

Fitness model and fitness competitor Yenny Polanco is an IFBB Athlete, born in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic.
Like a lot of female athletes, Yenny doesn't just wear one hat.
She's an AFPA Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, Licensed Board Certified Cosmetologist, owned a hair salon from 2001 to 2006, Former Public Access T.V. producer (she produced a make-over show "Re-Inventing Yourself" where she did complete make-overs on volunteers) and she's a two time Light Flight weight Golden Gloves Boxing Champion!
Believe it or not, when Jenny got to the US from the Dominican Republic at the age of twelve, she couldn't even speak English.
And look at what she has accomplished!

Laura Coleman is an up and coming fitness model and competitor.
She's 5'7" and weighs 127.
I was only able to find two competitions Laura has been in, she placed 4th at the 2005 Los Angeles Bodybuilding, Fitness & Figure Championships, Class F and she came in 1st in Figure F at the 2007 Los Angeles Bodybuilding, Fitness & Figure Championships.
Laura has appeared in Oxygen, Ironman, Muscle Mag and Muscular Development.
And as far as I can tell, she is in a relationship with retired IFBB Pro Bodybuilder Eryk Bui.

She's very popular on the internet, and she seems to be a very nice young lady, who actually goes into forums and posts.
To get into the incredible shape you see here, Jamie used a personal trainer and nutritionist.
It looks like it really paid off.
I can't really find much on her in the way of contest history....
Maybe someone out there can tell us where she has competed.

Besides being a fitness model, she is a computer software consultant.
Jamie has been on the cover of Oxygen Magazine twice.

Fitness Resolutions

The holidays are now officially over and it’s time to get back on track! January 1st is the day we all get to start over. A time to make the changes in our lives that we’ve wanted to make but got sidetracked along the way. So, you've had your fill of tempting treats. The holidays are always exciting and indulgent. Now that they're over, hopefully you'll never want to look at another piece of pumpkin pie or vat of mashed potatoes. Starting a healthy eating program will be a pleasure instead of a chore.

Maybe emotionally, you're ready for a change. For most Americans, New Year's is a time of new beginning and emotional rebirth. You may feel the desire to alter your way of life or spend more time focusing on yourself. There's no better time to improve your health.

Also, there's plenty of time to prepare for the next holiday season. You've got a whole year to adapt to a healthy lifestyle. The next time the holidays hit, you'll be better prepared to enjoy yourself without overindulging.

Approximately 90 percent of Americans make at least one New Year's resolution each year. Unfortunately, no matter how well intentioned they are, most people fail to keep their resolutions.

Here are a few ways you can ensure your success:

1. SET OBTAINABLE GOALS. It's reasonable to lose 10 percent of your starting weight within 3 months. The goal of the EVERY BODY LOSES plan is to help you learn how to make healthy eating choices that you can carry with you for life.
