Nikki Warner's Female Fitness Model
Age: 24
Ht: 5'2
Wt: #108-110 precontest, #115 offseason
Measurements: 34C-24-32
Hair: Auburn with blond hilites
Eyes: Hazel
Training Years: 9
I am a 24 y.o., college student at Ball State Univ., working on a dietetics degree.. I have been lifting for 9 years, competing for 6 years. During those years I competed in bodybuilding off and on for five years, recently figure for 1 year. The month of May I won a national qualifier show, Hoosier Muscle and Fitness Classic and my collegiate show (Ms. Ball State).
I recently competed at Jr. USA in April, made top three. Also, in June, I won the overall Indianapolis Figure division. My goal is to get my pro card and represent the world of bodybuilding and fitness.
Fitness Model, Competitor: I use to compete in bodybuilding for 3 year. Now, I am currently competing as a Figure competitor. Figure is much more suitable for me since I have a natural physique with soft feminine curves. I love big muscles but I do not have the bulk and striations to do well at the national bodybuilding level of competition. In my heart, natural, healthy feminine muscles is what female bodybuilding and fitness should be about.
Career Highlights: I held my cross-country school record for 7 yrs. along with receiving MVP in track and cross-country for 3 yrs. I was the only one in the history of my school to do well at the regional level and along with making All-City and All-County.
Bodybuilding: 1997 All-Natural Central USA (1st); 2002 Ms. Ball State University (1st and overall)
Figure: March 2002 Hoosier Muscle Classic-Natl. Qualifier (1st); April 2002 Jr. USA (3rd); June 2002 Indianapolis show-Natl. Qualifier (1st and overall); July 2002 Midwestern-Natl. Qualifier (2nd)
August 2002: Team Universe Figure Nationals (Pro Qualifier)
Note: I've only competed in Figure since March 2002. I plan to win many more titles!
Modeling: I had some professional photos taken at the Jr. USA and Midwestern shows. I have several more scheduled for this summer, including DZN Modeling Productions in August.
Female Fitness Models and Female Fitness Competitors Gallery
This is my second Female Fitness Models and Female Fitness Competitors Hub.
Some of these ladies are from the world of female fitness competition and some are fitness models...like the title says.
I pointed out the difference between the two in my first Hub.
And female bodybuilders are a whole 'nother story, but they have a loyal following too.
Even though they are not included in this Hub, I'll be taking them into consideration later.

Jamie Eason
Jamie Eason
Hands down, Jamie Eason is one of the most popular female fitness models on the internet.
It's kinda hard to find a picture to go with an entry on her, because this woman has an incredible body and she likes to show it off (within limits that is).
It's also kinda hard to find any kind of contest history on her.
The only events that I could find was the 2006 Hardbody Entertainment's World's Fittest Model Search which she won, the John Sherman Classic in Houston in 2005 and the 2006 NPC Junior Nationals in Chicago.
Jamie was born on April 10, 1976 and stands 5'2".

Kiana Tom was born on March 14, 1965 in Maui, Hawaii.
She's a fitness model, television show fitness instructor, actress, author, a former Oakland Raider cheerleader and is of Chinese, Hawaiian and Irish descent.
You may remember her from the ESPN TV show, Bodyshaping in 1988.
Kiana proved so popular there that she got her own show, Kiana's Flex Appeal in 1995.
She co-starred in the 1999 film, Universal Soldier: The Return, with Jean-Claude Van Damme and Michael Jai White.
And she has acting in her blood.
Her father Layne Tom Jr. played Charlie Chan's son in 3 of the Charlie Chan movies.

Amy Weber has been a lot of things during her career.
She's been an actress, a fitness model, a film producer, a WWE Diva, and a singer (her first CD is available on Itunes, Amazon and CDbaby).
Although I can't find any record of her ever competing, she has shown up in several muscle magazines (Muscle and Fitness for one) as a fitness model.
Amy was so popular on the WWE that she kept her feud going with fellow Diva Joy Giovanni after they both left the WWE, culminating in a wrestling DVD "Amy vs Joy" released early in 2009!
And she was voted one of the "Top 10 Fitness Models" by the voters at AskMen.com.
In May 2009, Amy gave birth to twins.
But I expect to see her back on the scene in short order.

Carmen Garcia is another very popular fitness model.
But she is not only a fitness model, she is also a fitness trainer and a nutritionist.
And she's also a Kickboxing trainer, so watch yourselves guys!
Carmen's appeared on the cover and inside magazines like Muscle and Fitness Hers, Oxygen, Ironman and Planet Muscle.
Carmen was born on July 16, 1977, in Havana, Cuba, and raised in Miami, Florida.

I like Jennifer so much that I devoted an entire Hub just to her.
Jenn has overcome a lot to get to where is is today.
James Brown may have been called the "Hardest Working Man in Show Business" but Jennifer may be the "Hardest Working Woman in Fitness".
She's been on Oprah, E! Entertainment infomercials and on September 19th, Jennifer won the WBFF Miss Bikini Diva Competition in Toronto for the second straight year in a row.
Jennifer has gone from self proclaimed "frumpy housewife" to where she is today through a combination of eating right and hard work.

Like Jamie Eason, Ashley Lawrence (aka Fembomb) is another fitness model that it's hard to get a picture of.
One that I can post at least.
Ashley got her start in fitness modeling by entering a Hawaiian Tropic swimsuit contest.
She won the local event and that qualified her to go to national contest in Las Vegas.
Ashley was chosen as a Met-Rx fitness spokesmodel and she hasn't looked back since.
In an interview with her, I read that she stays within five pounds of her competing weight all the time with a combination of diet and working out.
She doesn't have an "off-season".

Female Fitness Models and Female Fitness Competitors 2
They have to look lean and ripped, but not too ripped.
That is where the contest diet comes into play, but there are a growing number of fitness competitors that stay at "contest weight" all the time now by watching their diet and workouts carefully.
Anyway, they are judged on their appearance and also they come back out for an aerobic, dance or gymnastic routine.
If you notice, a lot of fitness competitors are former gymnasts and personal trainers, so that's right up their alleys.
Two of the biggest professional fitness contests are the Fitness Olympia (created in 1995) and the Fitness International (created in 1997).
Both are run by the International Federation of BodyBuilders (IFBB) and doing well enough in amateur competitions to get your IFBB Pro Card is a big deal.
Interestingly, one woman has won the most Fitness Olympias (four) and Fitness Internationals (four also) and that is Susie Curry who by the way, becoming a fitness model, started out in gymnastics.
Now to be a fitness model, you dont have to be a fitness competitor, although that can help you to get your name out there.
A lot of the popular fitness models of the 1990s never set foot on a stage.
The 2000s changed that a bit with the increasing popularity of the internet.
Fans would see a beautiful fitness model and look her up online and see that she actually hadn't competed anywhere.
That kinda lowers their rep.
"Okay, she's hot, but what has she actually done?"
Back in the 90s, Muscle Magazines started running their own "Swimsuit Issues" like the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue and moved many of the fitness competitors (and female bodybuilders depending on the magazine) from the stage to posing for their cameras.

Monica has been in a ton of contests during her career, including first place wins at the 1991 Fitness USA Preliminary, 1994 Fitness USA Preliminary, 1995 IFBB Jan Tana Pro Fitness and the 1998 IFBB Fitness Olympia.

Amy Fadhli
Amy Fadhli
I never understood why Amy Fadhli wasn't more popular than she was. As far as a fitness model and fitness competitor, I thought she pretty much had it all.
Besides being a competitor and doing more magazine appearances than you can shake a stick at, Amy also appeared in a few films, the most notable being "The Scorpion King".
And more importantly (if you're a comic book fan) she appeared in the short film, "The Lobo Paramilitary Christmas Special".
In addition to winning a lot of bikini and swimsuit contests, Amy was the 1996 Fitness America National Champion.

The Top IFBB Fitness Competitors
When you hear the term International Federation of BodyBuilding & Fitness or IFBB, you probably think of massive bodybuilders on the stage flexing.
Well you are only partly right.
Yes male bodybuilding is a huge part of the IFBB, but there is more to it.
The IFBB has a class for male bodybuilders, female bodybuilders, figure competitors, bikini competitors and fitness competitors.
The Fitness competition has been around (professionally) since 1995 with the Fitness Olympia.
The very first Fitness Olympia was won by Mia Finnegan.
Right now, Susie Curry and Adela Garcia are tied for the most title victories at four each.
In 1997, the Fitness International started as part of the prestigious Arnold Classic weekend.
Again, the most victories held there is by Susie Curry.
But Adela Garcia is right behind her at three.
The Fitness Competition has a swimsuit round, and a routine round.
The competitors wear two piece swimsuits and high heels, showing off their physiques in a series of quarter or half turns toward the judges and the audience.
As opposed to bodybuilding, the physique competition focuses on a small amount of muscle mass, clear separations between muscle groups (a lightly ripped look); and leanness.
The Routine Round is usually aerobic, dance, and (or) gymnastic routines.
This can actually be the most entertaining part of the competition.
Here are some of the biggest names in fitness competitions today.
