Pauline Nordin

The stunning Pauline Nordin.
Pro Figure athlete, fitness model, actress, Certified Fitness Trainer and journalist, Pauline Nordin was born on July 23, 1982 in Ystad, Sweden.
Pauline has been on the cover, and featured in several magazines, among them Oxygen, BODY, Ironman and Muscle and Fitness.
She is a writer for Bodybuilding.com, and has been sponsored by Better Bodies and Optimum Nutrition Inc.
She and her husband Pavel Ythjall own the fitness and wellness company Conforce.

Katrinka Knox

Katrinka Knox is a 5' 3" tall NPC Figure Competitor from Oregon.
She competed in the Emerald Cup last year and came in 18th place in the Over 5'2 to 5'3 category.

Shonda Lee

Beautiful figure competitor Shonda Lee is from Shreveport, Louisiana.
She's 5' 5" and weighs 121 ripped and lean pounds.

2008 NPC Louisiana BB & Figure (LA) - 3rd Place, Medium Class

Allison Frahn

Awhile back I did a write up on the lovely K.L. Frahn.
Well here is her sister, the equally beautiful Allison Frahn.
Allison was born on September 27, 1980 in Nanuet, NY.
She definitely has a ripped lean look, and if you go to her website and check out her bio, you'll see that this young woman overcame a tremendous obstacle to get to where she is today.
It's a very inspiring story.
Besides doing figure competitions and being a fitness model, she has a BA in Communication from the University of Delaware.

Karen was born on January 27, 1964 in Detroit, Michigan.

Gorgeous female fitness model and female figure competitor Monique Minton.
This beautiful young lady is half filipinia and half polish.
She has been selected as the cover model for the 2009 March-April Muscle & Fitness Hers magazine.

The 2008 NPC John Sherman Classic Bodybuilding, Fitness & Figure Championships, 1st place
The 2008 NPC USA Bodybuilding & Figure Championships, 3rd place
The 2008 NPC Team Universe Bodybuilding, Fitness & Figure National Championships, 4th place
2008 NPC National Bodybuilding & Figure Championships, 5th place

I think we'll be seeing a lot more of Monique.

Pauline Nordin

IFBB Pro Christine Wan

IFBB Pro Christine Wan is a figure competitor from Florida.
Christine won the 2008 Atlantic City Pro Masters Figure.
In addition to that, she has competed in the 2004 GNC Show Of Strength, the IFBB California Pro Figure and the IFBB Pittsburgh Pro Figure.
And before that, Christine competed in several Amateur Figure and Bodybuilding competitions.
She had first place finishes at the 2003 NPC Figure Nationals/Team Universe, the 2003 NPC Sunshine Classic Figure, the 2001 NPC Southern States Figure and the 1998 NPC Women's Extravaganza.
All this and she's a mom too!
