Female Body Builders Models

The  IFBB Ms Fitness Olympia  is a list which comprises of some of the fittest women in the world. This event is the brainchild of the International Federation of Body Builders which also includes competitions like Mr. Olympia, World Amateur Bodybuilding Championships and the Ms. International. It was in the month of November 2004 that the senior members of the IFBB voted to change the name of the federation to the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness. The acronym of IFBB however continues unchanged.

Nicole Wilkins-Lee - Fitness and Figure Competitor

This is fitness / figure competitor Nicole Wilkins-Lee.
This five foot seven, 144 pound fitness beauty was born on February 5th, 1984 in Royal Oak, Michigan.
Like a lot of other fitness stars, Nicole started out in gymnastics.
As a matter of fact, she was a competitive gymnast for twelve years.
But because of some knee surgeries, she had to re-think her future.
After she attended the 2002 Arnold Classic, she knew what that future was.
Nicole got her IFBB Figure and Fitness cards back in 2007 at the same contest.
No small feat.

Korean female bodybuilder Mi-Hee Yu is very popular on this blog, so here's some more about her.

As I have mentioned before, this 5' 2½", 112-pound all natural bodybuilder got up to 176 pounds after the birth of her daughter and she wanted to lose weight so she took up bodybuilding.

Beautiful figure competitor Shonda Lee is from Shreveport, Louisiana.
She's 5' 5" and weighs 121 ripped and lean pounds.

This stunning young lady is NPC figure competitor Jodie Minear.
Not only has Jodie got a great physique, but those piercing green eyes could stop anyone in their tracks.
Jodie appeared in the 2009 FLEX Swimsuit Issue.
