This beautiful young lady is certified personal trainer, figure competitor and female fitness model Andrea Dumon.
Andrea was born in Walla Walla Washington, and grew up in the Tacoma/Seattle area.
She's five foot, two inches tall and weighs anywhere from 108 to 110 (contest) to 112 to 115 (off season).
Andrea has appeared in Muscular Development magazine, Muscle and Fitness magazine, Oxygen and many more publications.
I actually did a write up of Andrea way back in March of 2007.

Amanda Latona - IFBB Bikini Pro


This lovely young lady is fitness model, certified personal trainer, television host, singer and IFBB Bikini Pro Amanda Latona.
I have done a few write ups on her here and here around the web, because quite frankly, I really like her.
I think Amanda is one of the most beautiful women in fitness today, and there are some really gorgeous women out there now.
Amanda was born on March 24th, 1979 in Pittsburgh, PA (my adopted home state, maybe that's another reason I like her!).
This five foot five, 120 pound fitness beauty has gone on to make quite a name for herself in fitness with first place wins at twelve of the fourteen fitness competitions she has entered since 2003.

But besides being gorgeous and winning all these contests, Amanda is also famous in another area.
When Amanda was fifteen years old, her family moved to Orlando Florida.
While she was there, she got involved with Universal Studios when she was eighteen and became part of an all girls singing group known as Innosense.
Innosense itself may not spark any memories for you, but the members were Amanda, Danay Ferrer, Mandy Ashford, Nikki DeLoach and Britney Spears.
Yep...that Britney Spears.

Where does your motivation come from?

My motivation comes from my drive to inspire others as well as my passion for fitness and to push myself to succeed beyond my limits!  I love to hear from people how I have positively changed their lives and how I have inspired them through either my teaching or from my accomplishments. To me, this the absolute best – a very powerful motivator!  It makes me happy to inspire others and to continue doing what I love.

What workout routine has worked best for you?

As a long time athlete, I need to mix it up. I need to challenge my body and variety is the most effective and important for results!  I love to train like an athlete so I incorporate heavy weights 5 days of the week where I target each body group at least once.  As for cardio, I absolutely love to run so I incorporate a lot of outdoor sprints, hill intervals and stair running. I have always done higher intensity cardio as I feel it delivers the best results!
I also incorporate a lot of boxing, plyometrics and functional sport specific training into my routine.  Guaranteed… I’m never bored and I get amazing results!

If you have to pick only 3 exercises, what would they be and why?

My top 3 exercises would be sprinting, boxing and lunges!  Both sprinting and lunges have to be my all time favorites for shaping and leaning the legs and the gluts, by far the best exercises you can do for sexy legs!  Boxing is also one of my favorites for overall upper body strength.  It is one of the only sports that can completely challenge the entire upper body. I have seen a dramatic change in my upper body strength, muscularity and definition since I incorporated boxing and related functional exercises.  I have so much respect for boxers and their athleticism!

They say that the pre and post-workout meals are the most vital meals for the day, what do yours consist of?

I believe that every meal is important!  As an athlete it is crucial to eat on a regular basis in order to build, repair and maintain muscle tissue. I prefer to eat clean food rather than supplementing with artificial foods or drinks.  My pre workout meal is typically chicken, veggies and a low glycemic carbohydrate such as sweet potato for extra energy.  My post meal will consist of protein and more simple carbohydrates such as fruit.  I  keep this meal light then within 1-2 hours after my workout, I typically have fish, veggies and some form of healthy fat such as nuts or olive oil.

When trying to cut down do you prefer to use HIIT or just normal cardio?

HIIT all the way!  In my opinion, there is no other way to maintain lean muscle tissue and to create sexy athletic curves all while shedding fat quickly!  I also love to run long distance so I will also incorporate a long slow distance a few times a week for variety.

What is your supplementation like?

I feel that good quality supplements are a must for any athlete or person looking to improve their quality of health especially when there is higher demand of stress on the body whether it is from exercise, emotional stress or environmental stresses.  I have been using ALLMAX for years and love their products, especially their protein powders!  I also supplement my clean eating with Douglas Laboratories products such as; multi-vitamins, fish oils, vitamin C,  calcium, CLA and vitamin D.

Fitness model Lacey Jane Latkovic is the all American inspirational story . Not only is she a fitness model and an inspirational story for young ladies across the Country, but she also is a hero as she is helping our soldiers in IRAQ. Lacey ran the combat escort missions in Iraq. Her title was Military Police Platoon Leader. She was in charge of 45 soldiers. She supported up to three separate missions at a time, QRF, Quick Reaction Force, in which she was on stand-by to be able to respond in a moments notice to another unit who needed help from making contact with the enemy. She also supported one full bird colonel in her efforts to work with the Iraqi government to maintain stability for essential services, such as water purification, as well as major projects such as building schools and centers for children.

Lacey lived on a very small JSS, Joint Security Station! So, in order to have a great workout, Lacey had to be very innovative! This is where Lacey participated in basketball tournaments and coordinated unit runs in order to maintain cardiovascular fitness. Lacey does a number of different training methods such as P90X, some of Mike Davies trainining methods and boxing. However, some of Lacey's daily army training is very intense as it is because she has to do all of the unit challenges!
Just last week, all the Soldiers wore their full battle rattle, body armor vest, and bullet proof helmet, and the team did building exercises to complete 2500 situps, push-ups, dips, box jumps, and stretcher/ log carries. This is so they could be both fit and strategic
I asked Lacey to give us one random story from Iraq. She said "at one point pro wrestlers came from WWE and Smackdown. WWE superstar Shad picked me up as if he was going to body slam me! There were various featured articles on it!"
Away from Iraq, Lacey's just a big goof who lives life to the fullest! She's very close to her family and whether she is on a boat or having a Halloween party, she is just laughing and having a good time.
Lacey is a true inspirational story. She's strong, tough, heroic, and selfless. She's a person who makes sacrifices for a deeper purpose and despite all things she must face, she keeps her smile and positive influence on others. In closing, Lacey's advice for other girls and individuals across the nation goes as followed: "Go after your dreams. Stay fit, innovative and creative!     There is no doubt about it, Jamie Eason is one of the hottest fitness models in the industry. Jamie is a fitness model and writer for Bodybuilding.com, as well as a cover girl on many women’s fitness magazines. She is also developing her own line of swimwear. But Jamie wasn’t always on path to becoming a fitness model.
    After she graduated college, Jamie held a few desk jobs in Human Resources and in Marketing before she began working for her grandfather’s roofing company, Regional Roofing, which her brother still runs today. She enjoyed managing a crew of men while making her own schedule and being outside.
    It was around that time that a friend convinced her to attend cheerleader tryouts for the Houston Texans. After a few days of rigorous tryouts, Jamie Eason was selected to become one of 35 Houstan Texans cheerleaders.

    “Taking care of yourself is hard work and it takes commitment. There are definitely days that I don’t want to workout. But I push myself anyway, because it’s important. I always feel better that I did.”

    “In terms of Hollywood and the focus on being skinny, I know a lot of actresses say they feel pressure to be ultra-thin. I personally have never heard any talk of that from agents or directors or anyone. It may well be an excuse for some girls and it might mask some other, deeper issues.  I actually asked my agents and the directors I worked with about this, and they all said that they are looking for women who have a more natural, healthy weight. I don’t mean plump, but toned and athletic.”
