I think Amanda is one of the most beautiful women in fitness today, and there are some really gorgeous women out there now.
Amanda was born on March 24th, 1979 in Pittsburgh, PA (my adopted home state, maybe that's another reason I like her!).
This five foot five, 120 pound fitness beauty has gone on to make quite a name for herself in fitness with first place wins at twelve of the fourteen fitness competitions she has entered since 2003.
When Amanda was fifteen years old, her family moved to Orlando Florida.
While she was there, she got involved with Universal Studios when she was eighteen and became part of an all girls singing group known as Innosense.
Innosense itself may not spark any memories for you, but the members were Amanda, Danay Ferrer, Mandy Ashford, Nikki DeLoach and Britney Spears.
Yep...that Britney Spears.

1 scoop of Banana SYNTHA-6%u2122 w/ fat-free organic milk and a banana. YUM!!!!!!
4 oz. lean meat
Slow carb (brown rice/sweet potato/Ezekiel 4:9 bread)
SYNTHA-6%u2122 shake or SYNTHA-6%u2122 RTD (I love chocolate!)
Handful of nuts
